Expert discovery is a vital part of civil litigation, regardless of substantive practice area. Evidentiary rules and court standing orders place a premium on expert opinion to support or rebut a cause of action. Working effectively with an expert, however, can be intimidating. Especially for less-experienced attorneys.

This presentation will help ease those concerns and simplify the process. The presentation will focus on all aspects of working collaboratively with litigation expert consultants. From initial contact and retention through depositions and trial, hear from seasoned and newer practitioners — lawyers and consultants alike — regarding best practices to strengthen your case.

The event will take place at the office of Kenney & Sams, 10 High St., Boston, Massachusetts, followed by networking reception at Society on High, 99 High Street, Boston.

Date: Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024 | 5:00-8:30 p.m. EST
