Details

This panel discussion brings together in-house counsel, outside counsel, and technical experts to examine the emerging risks and disputes stemming from inadequate planning around Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination. As BIM becomes more deeply embedded in project delivery workflows, the failure to clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations for model development can lead to costly delays, field clashes, and breakdowns in communication among project stakeholders.

Panelists will examine how ambiguous contractual language, misaligned modeling standards, and late-stage coordination efforts contribute to disputes during construction, thereby increasing exposure for owners, contractors, and designers alike.

Join us for this special panel discussion with breakfast during New York Arbitration Week with a select group of our clients and industry colleagues.
